Paper Harbor is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 7 business days.

For standard-catalogue products, returns are permitted within 14 days of receipt when the item is in unused condition and its original packaging. Custom-made or bespoke items (for example, specially commissioned lapidary services) are generally non-refundable unless defective.
